To help his patients overcome their fears of dentistry, he takes care of them with a gentle touch and kindness. Patients will be at ease knowing their care will be administered with a sense of caring, comfort, and kindness. Dr. S. Kim has been married to his wife and college sweet heart Jiyon for 20 years, and welcomed their first child early February 2013. In his spare time, he likes to play golf, cook and spend quality time with his family.

Going to the dentist is always a dreaded experience–especially when you’ve been putting it off for so many years! From the moment I entered the adorable and inviting, craftsman-style house/office, I knew this was going to be a totally different “dental” experience. I was initially feeling extremely nervous, but every observation around me, including the staff, the decor, the lighting, the music and numerous other details, kept signaling me to relax–and so I did. My first appointment was just over an hour, my second and final appointment was approximately three hours. But I ended up with a beautiful set of teeth that I had only dreamed about. Dr Jiyon was compassionate, attentive and extremely good at her profession. I have been to numerous dentists throughout the US and for me , there is no other choice, 4th and Morris Dentistry is the best!

The staff and doctors here are really nice. I have seen (Mrs) Dr Kim the majority of the time and she is really nice and explains everything really well. The office staff is amazing… they email any info I need and appt reminders. The other hygienists are really nice as well. I have always found everyone in this office pleasant. Get this…. They are also open on Fridays!! No way you say?!! I do not lie. A dentist open on Fridays. FREAKY WEIRD WORLD WE LIVE IN! Alas, ’tis true. I recently had some heavy work done, told them in advance about my anxiety and concerns. They made a note in my chart, made sure I was comfy and even offered me a blanket during the long procedure. I would say they know how to care for people!
